What are JOIN credits

You can earn JOIN credits when referring JOIN to others or by buying cash back products.

Where do I see my credit score

All referral credits can be found on your personal referral page in your company settings. All other credits will be added to your account and can be applied directly in the check-out.

You can see your credit balance when being in the store in the upper right corner.

How to apply for credits

Credits are accumulated in your account and will be applied to your next store purchase.

They will automatically be deducted from the total price. You will see the discount in the Cart and during the Checkout.
