Unfortunately, one or more invoices have not been paid. As this has been the case for some time and unfortunately there has been no response to our payment reminders, our system has locked your account access.
As soon as we have received the payment of the invoices, we will be able to reactivate the access.
You can view and download the invoices directly from the blocking screen in the login.
Please note it can take up to 5-7 business days for the payment to reflect on our end. Please send us the proof of payment and invoice details to contact@join.com to investigate and locate your payment.
