Customise your company account (important)

All settings for your company's account can be modified when clicking on Settings on the left navigation, accessible from your dashboard. To customise your account:

Select “Settings” in the left navigation bar.
Navigate to "Company details" on the left. Among other things, here you can
- Upload your company logo
  Please ensure your company logo is at least 224px by 224px, so it looks good on all devices your candidates use.
- Your company name and website
  This will be shown in your job ads to candidates.
- update the number of employees,
- specify your company's industry,
- add an introduction to your company and team in the About section.
  - About your company & your company's mission:
We recommend a unique description of your company, including relevant keywords for your industry, since this will help your ad to show up in search engines, make it more visible, and improve your SEO ranking. We strongly recommend creating a unique paragraph of 200-400 words.
Add Benefits & Values your company offers.
Pick from a list of common benefits and values to show your candidates.
SAVE CHANGES

To further add Images and get a preview of your company profile and career page. Visit Career Page:

by adding them to the Gallery - we’ve noticed that companies with photos of their offices and teams receive more applications and are more discoverable by search engines.
Made the adjustments you want? Preview!
You can preview your customisations at any time by clicking the “Preview” button in the top right corner of the page. A new tab will open, showing your career page.
The career page is autogenerated and always up to date. You can use it to share on social media, chat apps or other mediums. If you like what you see, return to your JOIN account.

Please note: Once you have set up your company profile, you can update or adjust it anytime.
