Get more candidates by activating headhunting for your job ads. This pay-per-hire model empowers you to delegate your hiring responsibilities to skilled headhunters, who actively seek out qualified talents on your behalf.


How does it work:

Activating the Headhunter Marketplace:
  1. Activate the headhunter toggle on job level:

    To get started, activate the Headhunter feature on your selected job ads in the job editor. This way we will inform professional headhunters that you're on the lookout for top-notch talent to join your team.

Tailoring your preferences:
  1. Define your conditions and choose your package:

    As a part of this process, you'll be prompted to provide the annual salary you're offering for the position and the commission you're willing to pay the headhunter upon a successful hire. You can choose between Classic (Headhunter proposes suitable candidates) or Premium (Headhunter additionally interviews candidates prior to proposal).


Finalising the Headhunting Order:
  1. Confirm order, no payment is due:

    Confirm the Headhunting order by reviewing your offering. This service is based on pay-per-hire, therefore no payment will be due at this point and only if a suggested candidate was successfully hired. As soon as you publish your job, headhunters will go look for matching candidates for you.

Reviewing Headhunter Candidates

Candidates proposed by Headhunters:
  1. You will receive candidate profiles from headhunters to review:
    Once you've set your preferences and the job is published, Headhunters will go to work. If a matching candidate can be found, you'll start receiving candidate profiles directly in your JOIN account. Each candidate profile will include information about their qualifications, experience, CV etc. and will be marked with a diamond icon 💎.

Screening and recruitment process:
  1. Screen the candidates and proceed with your recruiting process:
    Now comes your turn to shine. Review the candidate profiles and determine if they align with your requirements and dive deeper into their potential. You have the freedom to conduct interviews, assessments, and any other evaluations you deem necessary.

Making the final decision:
  1. Mark the candidate as hired:
    If you sign a contract with a proposed candidate, mark them as "hired" within JOIN. This confirms a successful hire and collaboration with the headhunter. This will trigger the payment of the agreed commission.
