How to make changes to your plan?

How can I make changes to my plan before the release of new plans? 

Until October 6th, you can make any changes to your current plan as usual here. Upgrades and downgrades can be performed in self serve within the limitations of our current plans. For custom quotes, please go here or reach out to support.

How can I make changes to my plan after the release? 

To make changes to the number of active jobs (online + offline) post-release, you will be required to select from a new subscription tier. You are being automatically migrated to the one of the three tiers (Standard, Advanced, Enterprise) based on your previous subscription but later, you are free to choose any other tier before or after your next billing cycle.

Any changes to your plan will take effect with your next billing date.
