What are integrations and how can they help you?
Integrations allow different software tools to work together, automatically syncing data like job postings and candidate applications between systems. This means less manual work, fewer errors, and a smoother hiring workflow for your team.
With the right integration, you can:
Sync job postings: When you create or edit a job in your ATS, JOIN picks it up automatically and publishes or updates it across various job boards. This means that you will only need to maintain jobs on your ATS, and JOIN will replicate those jobs automatically – without any input from you.
Sync candidates: Receive applications from multiple job boards directly into your ATS. JOIN collects all incoming candidates and sends them straight into the ATS you integrated. You can use that ATS to manage applications without logging in to JOIN.
Continue using your existing ATS as your main hiring tool. JOIN works quietly in the background, ensuring all relevant data is synced without you having to log into multiple platforms.
Use JOIN’s multiposting feature directly through your ATS. Reduce manual data entry and cut down on admin work.

No worries — just because your ATS isn’t shown on our Integrations page doesn’t mean we can’t support it.
Our team has already done the groundwork to make several additional integrations technically possible. While these aren’t listed directly in the product, we can enable certain ATS's on request.

Q: How long does it take to enable a new integration?
A: Timelines can vary depending on the system and technical requirements.If your ATS is already listed on our Integrations page or in the list of supported ATS we can enable on request, setup is typically much quicker.For ATS that aren’t listed, we’ll treat it as a custom request. In that case, our team will review your needs and provide an estimated timeline based on what’s technically possible.
Q: Is there an extra cost for integrations?
A: Integrations that are already listed on our Integrations page are included in your subscription if you're on an Advanced or Enterprise plan.However, if you request a custom integration (i.e. one not currently available in the product), this may involve an additional fee. We’ll always let you know upfront so you can decide whether to proceed.
