Integration to the Federal Employment Agency of Germany for Job Posting Transfer (beta)
To automate the transmission of your job postings from JOIN to the Federal Employment Agency's job boards in the future, we would like to set up an integration. In order to enable this connection, a few steps are required from your side:
Requirements for an integration
Register as a company with the Federal Employment Agency If you do not yet have an employer account or employer number, you need to register here and verify it using a postal PIN: Federal Employment Agency Registration.
Your employer account should have the status "betreut" (supervised). To do this, contact the Employer Service of the Federal Employment Agency. Call your assigned contact person and request that your account be marked as "betreut" in their "Verbis" system (if it is not already).
Sign a cooperation agreement for using the HR-BA-XML interface The use of the interface requires a cooperation agreement with the Federal Employment Agency. To request this agreement, send an email to: Zentrale.VAM-AccountMgmt@arbeitsagentur.de

Sign the cooperation agreement and receive your data Return the signed cooperation agreement to the Federal Employment Agency. You will then receive:
Certificate
Certificate PIN
Other access credentials, such as the Supplier-ID and Allianz Partner Number
to connect to their interface and must be completed by you directly. Unfortunately, JOIN cannot handle this on your behalf.
The obtained information is required to activate the interface in your JOIN account.
Activating the integration in JOIN
You can activate the integration in JOIN by following these steps:
Send an email to contact@join.com with the subject "HR-BA-XML Integration".
Include the following information in your email, as provided to you by the Federal Employment Agency via post and email:
Allianz Partner Number
Customer Number (10-digit number)
Certificate PIN (received via post after signing the agreement)
Supplier-ID
Attach the certificate file (this is issued annually—please update it regularly!)
We will set up the integration and notify you once it is active.
Job Posting Transmission
Once the integration is active, all job postings you advertise through JOIN will automatically be transferred to the job board of the Federal Employment Agency. All applications received will also be transmitted to JOIN, where you can manage them as usual.
Common Errors if a Job Posting is Rejected
If a job posting is rejected by the Federal Employment Agency, the following issues may be the cause:
The work location and federal state do not match.
A training position is advertised, but your company is not registered as eligible for training.
Please check your entries carefully and correct them as necessary before resubmitting the posting.
