Limitations of the Standard tier
Based on your current usage, we have chosen to move you to the Standard tier in order to minimise your costs. By shifting to Standard, you will lose access to the following features:
Candidate Export: Exporting candidates via CSV or Excel is exclusive to the Advanced and Enterprise tier.
Spontaneous Applications: You will still be able to access spontaneous applications received before the migration date. But you will no longer receive any new ones after migration, as this feature will be disabled for the Standard tier.
Custom Screening Questions: With the migration to the Standard tier, custom screening questions will be disabled for your jobs. You will still have access to the responses from custom screening questions submitted by candidates before the migration date.
To activate custom screening questions again, you will need to upgrade to the Advanced tier. All previously existing screening questions will be visible on your jobs again, allowing you to continue collecting the information and creating new questions.Priority Support: We will continue supporting you via email and our help center.
