How can I manage a downgrade?

If you'd like to downgrade your account—either by switching to a lower subscription tier or reducing the number of active jobs —you can easily manage this on the subscription page. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition.

Adjust the number of jobs on your current plan

  1. Stay on the same tier: If you only want to reduce the number of jobs on your current plan, go to the subscription page and adjust the job count.

  2. billing impact: The changes you make will take effect on your next billing cycle, ensuring a seamless transition without disrupting your current recruitment process.

Switch to a lower tier

  1. Pick a new plan: If you'd like to switch to a lower subscription tier, go to the subscription page and select your desired tier.

  2. Confirm the number of active jobs: Once you’ve chosen your new tier, confirm the number of jobs you’d like to have. You can downgrade with the same number of jobs or fewer jobs.

  3. Billing Adjustment: The downgrade will apply starting from your next billing date.

Important Notes

  • Job Limit Restrictions: You cannot downgrade to another tier and increase the number of jobs at the same time. If you need more jobs, you can either upgrade before the downgrade takes effect or wait until after the downgrade is complete.

  • Cancellation or changes: Any downgrade can be adjusted or cancelled before your next billing date if your needs change.
