Company Roles vs. Job Roles
You can choose from three user roles on company-level for general access control as well as on job-level to create a hiring team - always ensuring the right access levels for everyone:
Company Roles
⚙️ System Admin
Access: Full control and access to platform.
Capabilities: Manages other users' roles and permissions, company settings, integrations, and billing.
🛠️ Standard
Access: General, capable of creating jobs and accessing essential features.
Capabilities: Includes job creation, store access, talent sourcing extension, talent pool, and limited company settings.
🔒 Limited
Access: Minimal, restricted to viewing specific data.
Capabilities: Cannot create jobs, ensuring sensitive information is protected.
Job Roles
In addition to company roles, you can create specialised hiring teams for each job by assigning specific job roles to individual team members.
Creating Hiring Team
You can manage the job roles on a job level in the final step of the job editor 'Hiring Team':
🗂️ Job Admin
Role: Has full control over the job ad, candidates, and hiring team.
The person behind the scenes, making sure a the hiring process is running.
📝 Hiring Manager
Role: Edits job details and makes hiring decisions.
Decision maker with capability to change the job details when needed.
👓 Reviewer:
Role: Reviews and evaluates candidates.
A contributor to the hiring decisions or certain interview rounds.
Share Button for Job ads
To additionally manage any job’s hiring team you can use the 'Share' button on the top of the job details page without returning to the job form.
The ‘Share’ button is also used to post your job ads on the news feed of your own social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
Team & Role Management
Team Page (only available for system admins)
On the team page you have a full overview on all team members and their roles on company level as well as on job level. You can see users who have already confirmed their account as well as see pending invites.
From this page you can:
Invite team members: Assign them suitable company and job roles.
Monitor activity: View the last activity date of each team member.
Manage pending invites: All outstanding invitations are accessible under the “Invites” tab.
Remove team members: Easily delete users who no longer belong to your team.
Job Notification Management
Stay updated on the jobs that matter to you by setting up job notifications.
From the job overview page, you can easily enable or disable notifications for a specific job. This setting is only available for members of the hiring team.
