Screening Feature

How to use the screening feature: 

• Open the screening feature from any candidate view (global or per job)

• Review the candidate, leave comments, tags and make your decision

  • Qualify the candidate by clicking on “next”. The candidate will be moved to the candidate pipeline of the respective job

  • Disqualify the candidate by clicking on “reject”. Select the matching reason and decide if you want to trigger a quick rejection or deactivate rejection notification.
