Use screening questions to filter candidates efficiently

You can add screening questions to better identify suitable candidates and facilitate your screening process to your job ads.

How to Add Screening Questions

As soon as you create a new job ad, you can add filter questions via the application form. The following two filter questions are automatically suggested to your application form:

  • Start date

  • Salary expectation

Remove or add more questions as desired. You can choose from a set of templates or create your own questions with different answer types.

Optional or mandatory questions:

Filter questions can be either optional or marked as mandatory and knockout. If you choose the mandatory option, the candidate's application will only be accepted after answering these questions.
