Uploading additional files to a candidate’s profile

You have the ability to upload up to 8 additional files to a candidate’s profile, helping you manage and store more information directly within their profile.

Supported File Formats
The accepted formats for the uploaded files are:

• .doc

• .docx

• .pdf

• .rtf

• .txt

Each file must not exceed a maximum size of 10 MB.

How to use this feature:

1. Upload additional files to the candidate's profile.

2. Once uploaded, you can view, download, or delete these files.

3. The name displayed for each file will be the original name given at the time of the upload.
   

Download all files: You can easily download all uploaded documents in one go by clicking the "Download All" button. This action will download the files as a merged zip file for easier access.
