Your store inventory

When you purchase products from the store without immediately assigning them to an open job, those products will be added to your store's general inventory from where they can be assigned at any time. This inventory allows you to keep track of all the products you have available for future use.

Accessing Your Store Inventory

To view all the products currently in your store's inventory, navigate to the "Inventory" section from the left menu bar under Store. Here, you'll see a list of all the products you've purchased, regardless of whether they've been assigned to a job or not.

Assigning Products to Jobs

From your inventory, you can assign any of your available products to the online jobs you have posted. This allows you to match the right products with the appropriate job openings.

Product Compatibility

Please note that some products are designed for specific job categories or roles, such as remote jobs, student jobs, or developer jobs. These specialised products can only be assigned to matching job openings. Products which are not matching the criteria will not appear in your list.

By effectively managing your store inventory and assigning products to the right job openings, you can optimize your hiring process and provide the best possible experience for your candidates.
